Sabor provides a vibrant and empowering community for Hispanic and Latinx employees year-round. A space where culture, community, and creativity come together. From turning the agency’s coffee bar into “FCBodega” with conchas, alfajores, and Latin beats, to hosting open roundtable talks on topics like imposter syndrome and workplace identity. Sabor creates a space where people feel seen, supported, and proud of where they come from.
Many bodegas sell small treasures rooted in Latin American culture like candles, toys, and traditional games such as lotería. Inspired by that spirit, we created a special set of lotería-style stickers featuring other ERGs, as part of our coffee bar takeover for Hispanic Heritage Month.

Food tastes best when it’s shared with people you love. The Sabores cookbook features recipe submissions from our members—ranging from cherished family traditions to late-night Google finds. This compilation of sabores is more than just a collection of meals; it’s a celebration of culture, memory, and identity. Each dish tells a story, capturing the flavors, moments, and sazones that make us unique and bring us together.
